Drawing from Oqin's extensive expertise in project management, the recognition extends to six key phases that form the foundation for effective project planning and execution.
During this phase we enter into binding agreements about use of the land with the owners and we create the required company and organisational structures.
Oqin takes care of the required permits and the grid connection .
Oqin arranges project financing, the required subsidies and we agree the tariffs for our electricity.
The tendering procedure is organized fully by Oqin. We ensure that all contracts and documents for all stakeholders have been set up correctly. Following on we organize supervision and progress management during the construction itself.
When the solar project is producing, Oqin carefully analyzes how the park performs against predictions. Where required we intervene to further optimize revenues and we take care of the required maintenance activities
